Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@levarres.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@levarres.com with photos and we will resolve this immediately at no cost to you.
