We want you to feel good about your purchase. You may return your Levarres stick within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product's hygiene seal has not been broken — this is standard for cosmetic products applied to the skin, for health and safety reasons, and does not affect your rights if the product arrives defective or damaged.
To start a return, email ventenligne.pro@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.
